This is a menu of the services we typically provide, but each client is wonderfully different and we work with you to deliver exactly what you need.

  • IT Service Management Foundations – If you have an IT team already, you'll know that effectively managing their work (incidents, requests, projects) is critical to successful IT service delivery.  We can assess and define simple workflows, review and recommend service levels so you can track effectiveness, and ensure there are clear roles between in-house staff and suppliers.


  • Vendor & Licence Optimisation – Computer equipment, software licence and subscription costs soon add up.  We audit technology and contracts seeking to identify and remove duplication, right-size licences, sense check vendors for costs and quality of service and negotiate better terms.  We aim to have 'fewer, better tools' and have the experience and contacts to cost and complexity.


  • Supplier Selection & Governance – If you are planning to make investments in technology we experience evaluating and selecting solutions and suppliers that can cut cost and improve the service you receive.  We can run help clarify and document your requirements, bake those into vendor selection and evaluations to ensure a fair comparison, validate service levels and manage an ongoing review cadence so vendors deliver consistently over time.


  • Change & Adoption Coaching – Investments in technology are often wasted if your people aren't aware of what the new technology offers, how to use the technology to help their work, or where to go for help when it's needed.  We can provide effective coaching to help your business adopt new tech, and build plain-English playbooks to help the benefits stick.

  • Meeting Rooms & Collaboration Spaces  – For many businesses hybrid working has changed how office spaces are used.  Video enabled meeting rooms help connect with clients, suppliers and remote employees.  We help specify and implement room technology including support for Teams/Zoom/Google, cameras, mics, speakers, screens, and room booking.  Importantly we also coach people on how to use the technology, hybrid meeting etiquette and provide quick-start guides.


  • M365 Rollout & Adoption – We can kick-start Microsoft 365 for you, securely configuring for your business and brand, migrating email and files from their old homes, structuring Teams and SharePoint, and providing hands-on onboarding so people hit the ground running.


  • Copilot & AI Enablement – Microsoft Copilot brings AI directly into M365, keeping notes of meetings, summarising documents and drafting emails.  We work through an AI readiness checklist to ensure you are AI ready, establish safe-use policies, identify use cases with clear benefits, and establish playbooks (prompts, patterns, examples) for your team and business.


  • File & Tool Consolidation – It's very common for business files and data to be stored across a range of different systems and services, for example on laptops, USB drives, Dropbox, SharePoint etc.  We set out to discover these data stores and rationalise to “fewer, better” apps that reduce cost and confusion, and ensure your important records are secure and backed up should the worst happen.
